One of the main design elements contributing to the overall feel of the house is the reclaimed hardwood floor. Manufactured by a local craftsman, utilizing recycled shipping crates of various woods, the hardwood slats were split in half and book matched to create beautiful, unique wide plank flooring, lending rustic yet elegant character to the home.
